Guidelines and Recommendations for Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for eVisitor Users

25 May 2018, as the date of the beginning of the application of the General Data Protection Regulation, EU 2016/679, of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, marks a new approach to the issue of personal data protection where the formal fulfillment of certain legal conditions is no longer sufficient. The provisions of the General Regulation and other applicable regulations should be understood as a need to introduce a permanent process of control and protection in the procedures for collecting, processing and using personal data to ensure their legitimate, fair and transparent processing.
